Sh. Sita Ram Gupta

Sh. Sita Ram Gupta is a renowned CSR leader, who has a luminous career of more than five decades, of which he headed a Corporate NGO for more than three decades from its nascent stage and led it to become one of the leading Corporate CSR Foundations in the country in terms of reach, scale and impact. An electrical engineer by education, he left the government job to pursue his passion to change the face of rural India. His vision, strategies and approach enabled this Corporate NGO to exponentially expand its reach from 1 to 9 states, from 35 to 4371 villages, from one block to 63 blocks, from 2 to 23 districts and more than 3.5 million population in 33 years’ period. Apart from pioneering innovative initiatives for rural development including creation and promotion of diverse means of rural livelihood generation, he launched a unique participatory initiative to conserve the forgotten heritage resources especially in rural areas and has been facilitating community mobilization resulting mapping of 4 towns in Bharatpur district and 109 towns and villages across 8 talukas of Sindhudurg district documenting around 1030 historic buildings and structures having immense cultural significance. In this long tenure of over 3 decades in the field of Rural Development, the organization and himself received highest state, national and international level awards and recognitions from organizations like FICCI, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Jamna Lal Bajaj Foundation, Business World, FICCI Ladies Organization, Rotary Club, Mahindra Smridhi India, FAME, Media Bytes, CSR TIMES, India International CSR Conclave, Indian Drugs Manufacturers Association, Bhamashah Awards, Greentech Foundation Award, Mahatma Award besides receiving Life Time Achievement Award from India CSR, to name few. Under his leadership with previous organization, he was able to sign MOUs with NITI Aayog, NABARD, Ministry of MSME, and other organizations in partnering with developmental activities.

Dr. Jyotsna Kapur

Ms. Jyotsna Kapur has travelled and studied extensively and has worked in a variety of settings. She brings an in-depth experience that illustrates the success of programmes of innovative livelihood practices that judiciously integrate education, training, entrepreneurship and lifelong goals to bring higher levels of prosperity among rural and urban craftsmen, artisans, weavers and farmers. She has been associated with Senior faculty/Dean positions in areas of design, fabrication and product development at prestigious national Institutions like G.B. Pant University, Pantnager, Technological Institute of Textile (TIT), Bhiwani; Lady Irwin College, N. Delhi; Birla College, Pilani. Further she has been associated as CEO/Consultant/Advisor in above mentioned areas plus artisan communities’ development with Lupin Foundation, Community Friendly Movement, Aga Khan Foundation, Ozone Mission, Apeejay Foundation, Quality Platinum EDU.com etc. Currently, she is working as Director of Anhad Sewa Trust with overall control of integrated and holistic rural development activities at selected locations Pan India. Developing proper sustainable linkages between Government and the people for implementing various rural development programmes with a special emphasis on economic development programmes (income generation programmes) for the poorest of the poor, marginalized sections of the society, youth and women. Also, contributing as Trustee in program development to Vedamrit trust.

Sh. Hemraj Goyal

Hemraj Goyal is retired Superintendent Engineer from the Rajasthan State Electricity Board (RSEB). In his distinguished career spanning several decades, he played a key role in strengthening Rajasthan’s power infrastructure through his technical expertise and visionary leadership and led complex projects with efficiency and innovation. His commitment to excellence not only ensured reliable electricity supply to countless communities but also inspired many young engineers under his guidance. He remains a source of inspiration and wisdom, actively contributing his knowledge for the betterment of society.

Prof. Adarsh Sharma
Trustee

She is one of the stalwarts of Early Childhood Care and Education. She has five decades of experience, comprising teaching, training, research, and documentation. She did her post-doctoral work as a Fulbright Scholar at Penn State University, USA, on Methods and Techniques of Evaluation of ECCE. Sharma has been closely associated with Professional ECE organisations within India and abroad, such as IAPE, OMEP, Early Learning Consulting Group, and ARNEC. She served as a Consultant to several National and International Agencies. The Government of India has appointed her to its special committees related to policy formulation and planning interventions for young children on several occasions. Member on committees: ECE expert for SSA, NCF 2012, National ECCE Policy 2013, Standards and curriculum, and Advisor NCF 2022 for state-specific ECCE curriculum for Uttarakhand. Dr. Sharma has several national and international publications to her credit and has drafted reports and documents for the GOI. She was on the Editorial Board of ‘Childhood’, a global journal on the young child. Presently, she is on the Governing Board of Mobile Creches and EC of AIWEFA

Sh. Gopal Prasad Gupta is a seasoned and well-established legal professional. He represents clients in court and provides expert advice on legal matters. He plays a vital role in upholding justice by presenting facts, interpreting laws, and arguing various complex cases. In addition to courtroom representation, he also engages in social activities.

Sh. Ankur Khandelwal
Consultant – Finance & Accounts

Ankur Khandelwal is a Chartered Accountant. He became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in 2007. He has been a partner of the firm M/s Girish Garg and Associates since 2007. He has become the president of Bharatpur Tax Bar Association in FY 2024-25. Currently, he is Chairman of the Bharatpur Branch of the CIRC of ICAI.

Sh. Ashok Karan
Consultant – People & Culture

Sh. Ashok Karan is a highly experienced HR professional with over 28 years of experience in a wide range of human resource management, administration, corporate governance, corporate communication, corporate social responsibility, corporate affairs, and handling secretarial functions for companies and NGOs. He holds a master’s degree in HRM from the University of Wales. He is a certified Independent Director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. His expertise is available as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of private limited companies and start-up companies.

Sh. Puneet Gupta
General Manager

Sh. Puneet Gupta is a dedicated development professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in CSR and rural development sector, currently serving as General Manager at Samriddh Bharat Abhiyan Trust with a proven ability to design and implement holistic rural development initiatives, he worked across diverse sectors such as agriculture, animal husbandry, education, health, rural industries, and infrastructure. Known for a strong track record in driving economic and social development activities, managing large-scale community events, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve meaningful impact — including effective COVID-19 relief efforts and integrated block development projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and demonstrates a proactive approach to embracing new challenges to uplift and empower rural communities.

Sh. Mahendra Kumar Avasthi
Head – Health & Nutrition, ICDS Project

Sh. Mahendra Kumar Avasthi is an experienced Development Professional and a Specialist in Rural Development, health, and nutrition. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an MBA, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in rural development. He is a committed and impact-driven social development professional. Throughout his career, he has focused extensively on improving the lives of underserved communities with a particular emphasis on maternal and child health, nutrition, and community empowerment. Currently, he is the Head of Health & Nutrition programmes of the organization. Also, he leads the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) being carried out in collaboration with WCD, Govt of Rajasthan, as the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) for Kumher Block in Deeg District, Rajasthan. He brings a blend of strategic leadership, grassroots engagement, and administrative efficiency to all his initiatives. His work is guided by a deep commitment to equity, sustainable development, and building resilient communities.

Sh. Nitin Sharma is leading the Financial Inclusion project in different districts of Rajasthan. He has professional experience of more than 15 years in Project Management, Business Management & Sales (Total work Experience is 13 Years).
